Meetings Technology Expo respects the privacy of its members and other visitors to its Web site and events and does not collect any information without the knowledge and consent of the user. In addition, all personal information collected through the site and events is provided on a voluntary basis by the user through a visible means of data entry. Information collection and use
Meetings Technology Expo is the sole owner of information collected on Meetings Technology Expo. Meetings Technology Expo uses the information to offer special services, to facilitate the flow of information between Meetings Technology Expo and its users, to support and improve the event’s programming, and to help keep the Meetings Technology Expo’s database systems current.
