In her current role, Louann is focused on strategic projects for StarCite, the world’s largest technology solution for end-to-end global meetings management. A former StarCite client, Louann provides proven expertise in deploying StarCite’s technology and services to develop, expand and manage Strategic Meeting Management Programs. Louann has served on several industry boards, is a frequent speaker and contributor to industry events and articles, was named an Industry Changemaker by Corporate Meetings and Incentives and appeared on the cover of its March 2009 edition. Prior to StarCite, Louann led Toyota’s meeting services and strategic hotel sourcing teams, managed meetings and tradeshows for Amgen, held senior-level positions in luxury hotels, including The Ritz-Carlton and Le Méridien and worked with Tony Robbins as Director of Production, delivering seminars to thousands across the globe.
